The owners had long moved on from this interesting house. It was on the market for a year, empty, with another Realtor. These owners happened to have a furniture store and they let me come and pick things out to show the home to better advantage. It was an unusual home and it was difficult for buyers to see how to live in the space with no furniture in it. We received three offers while I had it listed and the owners accepted an offer from a buyer that wanted the furniture also! Sellers and Buyers were both very happy. A successful Staging indeed!

This home was a challenge to sell, as it was completely off the grid, but the owners did such a great job Staging it to to fullest advantage we received competing offers. A vision of life in this unique property was well presented and buyers could see themselves living in this property.
